Climb Occupational Therapy can provide therapy services to NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan managed. Services are charged at the rate consistent with the NDIS Price Guide.
You will be eligible for a Medicare Rebate if you have a Chronic Disease Management Plan from your doctor. Please note Medicare will provide a rebate that will not cover the whole cost of the OT session. You will be required to pay the full fee to Climb Occupational Therapy and then claim the rebate through Medicare.

Individual therapy sessions are charged at a rate of $193.99 per hour (or equivalent to the nearest 15 minute interval). Therapy sessions range in duration from 30-60 minutes depending on client needs. Travel fees may apply (see below).
Assessments and reporting are conducted at a rate of $193.99 per hour (or equivalent to the nearest 15 minute interval). Hours required per report vary depending on client needs.
Attendance at meetings such as school meetings, case conferences or planning meetings will be charged at a rate of $193.99 per hour (or equivalent to the nearest 15 minute interval). Travel fees may apply (see below).
The development of Occupational Therapy supports for use in the home, school or community setting will be charged at a rate of $193.99 per hour (or equivalent to the nearest 15 minute interval). These supports may include the development of visual schedules, social stories or sensory diets.
Travel fees are charged at a rate of $193.99/hour and are capped at 30 minutes each way for a total of 60 minutes per appointment.
